Why Beaver County Needs PA SAVIN
PA SAVIN is the practical local notification layer because Beaver County publishes no person-level jail roster, release archive, or rolling recent-release list. The official jail page provides facility information and procedures, while the Sheriff's page describes the Regional Booking Center. Neither supplies an online list of named people who left custody in a set period.
That absence changes the best tool for urgent one-person monitoring. A date-bounded public-record request can later establish movement entries, but it is not a live alert. PA SAVIN can send a custody event by phone, text, email, or app. Direct jail confirmation and the UJS docket then give context. The county movement entry remains the strongest formal evidence of when and how Beaver County relinquished custody.
