Search Beaver County Released Inmates Records

Beaver County released inmates can be traced after they leave the county jail, but no single roster covers every release. To search for Beaver County released inmates, first identify whether the event was a community release, county supervision, state commitment, federal transfer, or immigration handoff. Beaver County released inmates may be documented in a jail movement record, a court docket, a state corrections result, or a custody notification. The strongest answer pairs the record of the jail’s action with the legal order and, when needed, the next agency’s status.

Beaver County Released Inmate Records

A Beaver County release record documents the jail’s act of relinquishing custody. That event does not always mean freedom in the community. A person may post bail, complete a county sentence, leave on county parole, enter restrictive probation, or leave after a dismissal. The same jail movement system can also record transfer to a Pennsylvania state correctional institution, another county, the U.S. Marshals Service, or ICE. Those transfers continue custody under a new authority.

Beaver County Jail is the principal adult county facility. The Regional Booking Center at the jail handles intake, video arraignment, and database entry, but it is not a second long-term jail or a separate person locator. Once the jail closes a booking, the useful evidence becomes the movement entry, the Beaver County criminal docket, PA SAVIN, and any receiving-agency locator.

What Beaver Release Records Show

The most useful Beaver County release record fields identify the person, the exact booking, the time custody began and ended, the reason the jail closed custody, and the destination. Related documents can explain the event but should not be treated as substitutes. A court order shows legal authority. The jail entry shows implementation. A receiving locator may show that custody continued elsewhere.

FieldWhat it establishes
Name and booking numberThe specific person and admission tied to the event
Admission date and timeWhen the Beaver County custody episode began
Release date and timeWhen the jail relinquished custody
Release dispositionBail, sentence completion, parole, dismissal, transfer, or another recorded result
Releasing authorityThe court, sentence, parole authority, or other basis for movement
Destination or receiving agencyWhether the person entered the community or stayed in custody

A commitment, bail bond, sentencing order, transfer form, detainer record, property receipt, and booking photograph may be associated with the booking. Not every field is public. A focused request should ask for nonexempt, severable parts and permit legal redaction rather than demand protected medical, juvenile, victim, security, or personal information.

Discharge
Completion of the legal sentence or supervision, not merely departure from one building.
Parole
Conditional release while the balance of a sentence remains under supervision.
Probation
Court-ordered community supervision that may follow confinement or be imposed instead.
Detainer
A hold or request that can delay release or cause transfer to another agency.

Request Beaver County Release Records

Beaver County publishes no person-level jail archive, so the formal record path matters. Use the county open-records portal and its Standard Right-to-Know Form. Identify the person, booking number when known, and a narrow date range. Ask for the jail-management movement or release entry that shows admission date and time, release date and time, disposition, releasing authority, and destination or receiving agency.

  1. Confirm the exact booking or likely dates through the jail and court docket.
  2. Describe the record sought, not a question for staff to answer. Request the release or movement entry by name and date range.
  3. Choose inspection or electronic copies and ask for notice before costs exceed the amount stated on the form.
  4. Request nonexempt and severable portions if protected data must be withheld.
  5. Keep the response, record, and docket number together so the event can be reviewed later.

Pennsylvania’s Right-to-Know Law, Act 3 of 2008, is codified at 65 P.S. §§ 67.101 through 67.3104. Agency records are presumed public unless a law, privilege, court order, or exemption applies. The five-business-day rule in section 901 concerns the agency’s response or extension notice, not guaranteed production. Section 902 permits extensions for stated reasons.

Certified bail, sentencing, commitment, and other judicial orders come from the Clerk of Courts under court access rules, which may differ from the county executive-agency RTKL process. PA DOC records require the DOC Right-to-Know route, not the Beaver County form.

Beaver Release Records After Restriction

The Beaver County Clerk of Courts maintains criminal records, bail bonds, county-jail and SCI commitments, warrants, disposition reports, and expungement material. The Pennsylvania UJS Case Search can show docket number, charges, bail history, disposition, sentence, commitment, and later entries. It cannot prove the exact minute the jail processed release. Pair it with the jail movement entry.

Qualifying Pennsylvania records may be expunged under 18 Pa.C.S. § 9122. Clean Slate provisions in §§ 9122.1 through 9122.5 can limit public access to defined matters. The UJS states that sealed, expunged, and limited-access cases do not appear in public Case Search. Thus a blank search is not proof that no case, confinement, or release existed. A person with proper authority should use the filing court’s process for restricted material.

Public access has limits: Ask the records custodian for the particular nonexempt record. Do not assume that release makes every jail file or booking image public.

Note: Internal record retention and public web visibility are separate; Beaver County publishes no online retention period for a release archive.

How Beaver Bond Release Works

Beaver County’s Institutional Parole Representative and Population Control Officer screens people for bond, intermediate punishment, furlough, early parole, parole, transfer, and other release paths. This county role joins jail records, Adult Probation, court hearings, and time-credit work. It shows why “bond-out” is only one documented exit and why the recorded disposition matters.

Beaver Pre-Trial Services describes supervised cash, nominal, and property bond options, along with other court-authorized arrangements accepted for supervision. Its rules direct a participant to report within 24 hours after release from Beaver County Jail and to report an address change within 48 hours. A bond release is therefore not final case resolution or sentence completion. The bail order, jail out-time, and first reporting duty describe different parts of the event.

The county’s Pre-Trial Services page shows the local terms and post-release report rule.

Beaver Booking Counts Are Not Releases

The Beaver County Sheriff reported 4,507 Regional Booking Center bookings within 7,566 log entries in 2018. Deputies also reported 2,842 prisoner transports to or from the jail and 423 transports to or from other county or state facilities that year. These figures are dated operating statistics, not a current release total.

4,5072018 bookings
7,5662018 log entries
4232018 interfacility transports

A booking count can include more than one event involving the same person, while a log can contain intake, movement, or other activity. A transport can reflect a hearing, state commitment, or facility move rather than release. The figures explain why a missing name or raw booking total cannot answer how many people entered the community. Only event-level disposition and destination fields support that conclusion.

Correcting Beaver Release-Date Errors

Beaver County describes an internal pre-release review led by the IPR/Population Control Officer. That role verifies data, integrates jail, court, and Adult Probation records, assists with time-credit computation, keeps good-time records, and reviews release eligibility. A disputed date should therefore be tied to the sentencing docket and commitment, not corrected through an unofficial roster.

Start with the signed court order and docket number. Ask the jail or Adult Probation to identify the current computation and any hold, credit, or later order. The Clerk of Courts can supply the durable court record that authorized confinement, transfer, or release. If the person entered state custody, PA DOC becomes responsible for its own sentence calculation and records.

The official IPR/PCO description documents this local reconciliation work.

The workflow explains why the commitment, credits, jail ledger, and release authority must agree before a date is treated as final.

Beaver Court Records Bridge Release

The Beaver County Clerk of Courts forms the lasting link between arrest, jail admission, sentence, transfer, release authority, and later record restriction. Its work includes bail bonds, commitments to Beaver County Jail and state correctional institutions, bench warrants, case-disposition reports, criminal archives, and expungements. Those records often outlast a custody notification or current-population locator result.

Read the docket in sequence. A bail order can precede payment and jail processing. A dismissed charge can coexist with another count or hold. A time-served order supports release eligibility but does not show the exact out-time. A state commitment proves a custody transfer, not a community release. Later parole, revocation, or sentence-modification entries can change the outcome.

The docket search works best with Beaver County selected and a known docket number. Compare available identity and case details before assuming a match. Downloading a docket snapshot near the event preserves useful context, but certified copies and restricted matters require the court’s own access route.

Find Beaver County Released Inmates

Begin with custody type. Beaver County provides no public current roster or recent-release feed. For a county arrest or county sentence, call Beaver County Jail at 724-378-8177 and ask whether the person left county custody on the date in question and whether the disposition was release or transfer. Give a full name, date of birth when appropriate, and the booking or date range.

  1. Search PA SAVIN for a timely event from the jail, state prison, or state parole system.
  2. Review the Beaver County UJS criminal docket for bail, disposition, sentence, commitment, and later orders.
  3. Use the PA DOC inmate side if the record shows a state commitment, or the supervised-person side for current state parole.
  4. Use BOP for a federal sentenced-prison record and ICE ODLS for documented immigration custody.
  5. File a focused jail or agency record request when the online evidence is missing, old, or disputed.

A released person normally disappears from a current custody list. That absence has the lowest evidentiary value. It cannot separate release from transfer, a detainer, a restricted record, death, escape, or a simple name mismatch. The event record and destination supply the needed distinction.

For a same-day window rather than one named-person search, the Beaver County 24-Hour Releases route explains how to request a date-bounded log when no official feed exists.

PA DOC Beaver Release Search

The PA DOC Inmate and Department Supervised Individual Locator has separate searches for incarcerated and supervised people. Criteria can include first, middle, and last name; inmate or parole number; gender; committing county; current location; citizenship; and birth date or approximate age. A number is the best key. When names collide, compare the committing county and available identifiers.

Search fieldUse for a Beaver record
Inmate or parole numberMost precise match when known
NameBroad match that may require a last-name-only retry
Committing countyHelps isolate Beaver cases housed outside Beaver County
Current locationShows current institution or supervision setting where available
Birth date or ageHelps distinguish people with similar names

The locator covers current DOC incarceration or supervision. It does not cover every person who left Beaver County Jail, and a fully discharged person may fall outside both populations. A county bail release may never appear. The locator’s “Release Date” on a supervised-person detail should not be relabeled as a guaranteed projected date. Pennsylvania minimum and maximum terms come from sentencing and DOC calculations, while actual release is a recorded custody event.

The official interface shows the two population searches and their fields. Open the PA DOC locator source to use the current form.

The separate inmate and supervised-person choices are vital because release to state parole differs from complete discharge.

Note: PA DOC describes daily updates, but a same-day change should still be verified with DOC or the custody agency.

PA SAVIN Beaver Release Alerts

Pennsylvania’s Statewide Automated Victim Information and Notification service, PA SAVIN, runs through VINELink. The Commonwealth says it covers county jails, state prisons, and state parole. Search by first and last name, choose the correct person and reporting agency, then review the custody event. A released or out-of-custody result applies to the agency that supplied it. It does not certify freedom from every other custody system.

When a person remains in a participating system, the “Get Notified” option can register phone, text, email, or app alerts. Complete the contact verification and keep the requested phone PIN. Official instructions say calls may repeat for 24 to 48 hours until the PIN is entered. Registration is confidential from the person in custody.

PA SAVIN is timely corroboration, not a certified historical release record. Data timing depends on the agency feed. An alert may mark departure from Beaver County Jail even when PA DOC, USMS, or ICE takes custody. For a disputed or older event, obtain the jail or DOC record.

Where Beaver Released Records Live

The correct source depends on the custody that ended. County, state, federal, and immigration systems have distinct records and meanings. A result should name the agency, the event it proves, and the limit it cannot resolve.

SituationBest sourceWhat absence means
Beaver County community releaseJail movement entry plus court order; PA SAVIN for timely supportNo public county roster exists, so web absence means little
Transfer to a Pennsylvania SCIPA DOC inmate locator and court commitmentA delay or full discharge can cause no result
State paroleDOC supervised-person locator, Board Action, and PA SAVINCounty-only parole may not appear
Federal releaseBOP locator and federal docketUSMS pretrial custody may lack a normal BOP record
ICE custody or recent releaseICE ODLS and ERO paperworkSpelling, exclusions, processing, or the recent-release limit may explain no result

BOP explains that “Released” means no longer in BOP custody and that a past date with no facility can mark release on that date. It does not rule out state custody, supervised release, or ICE custody. ICE ODLS covers current and certain recent custody, excludes minors, and is not a complete historical archive. A Beaver jail entry showing release to ICE is an agency handoff, not proof of community release.

The Pennsylvania State Police Megan’s Law registry is separate. It contains people who independently meet registration duties and is not a general list of Beaver County released inmates. An absent registry result says nothing broad about whether a jail release occurred.

Beaver County Release Facilities

Six facility or custody-system paths cover the Beaver County research map. Beaver County Jail is the main adult county facility. The Regional Booking Center is its intake operation, not a separate jail population. Pennsylvania state correctional institutions can house Beaver cases outside the county because no SCI is identified within Beaver County. Federal and ICE systems require their own locators. Juvenile placements remain confidential and are not an adult released-inmate search channel.

Movement among these systems is common enough that destination is a core release-record field. The sending record and receiving locator should align before the event is called a community release.
